By accessing or using Adjenty, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Adjenty provides AI-powered cloud phone management. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Credits and Payments

Payments made to Adjenty are for the purchase of balance or credits used to operate cloud phones and AI tasks. All sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

We maintain a comprehensive audit log of all service delivery. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we will provide usage evidence, including logs of AI cycles and cloud phone provisioning, to the payment processor. Fraudulent disputes will result in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Adjenty is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
